Vinification : Frequent punching down at the start of fermentation followed by pumping over and to finish off shedding at the end of fermentation. Maturing in barrels then blending in stainless steel vats

Tasting notes : Note of red fruits with a nice minerality. Melting tannins and a good length in the mouth will make you appreciate it.
