Grape harvest : Manual harvest.

Vinification : Pumping over and punching down, during a total vatting time of 20 days. Malolactic fermentation and maturation in oak barrels (1 to 3 wines) for 15 months, before massing and bottling in August 2020.

Tasting notes : Full and smooth wine. Fruity nose. The aromas of red fruits are underlined by a fine acidity, as well as melted tannins
