Grape harvest : Manual, at full maturity

Vinification : Long maceration with many air shedding. Aging on lees in vats (Grenache and Mourvèdre) and in barrels (Syrah) for 15 months

Alcohol : 15 % Vol

Tasting notes : Nose of sweet spices, black cherry and small red fruits. The palate is smooth, dense, elegant with hints of liquorice and vanilla on the finish.
