Vinification : Pneumatic pressing, 10 months of aging on lees with stirring for a period of 4 months. Aging in oak barrels of which 18% new barrels. Blending in stainless steel vats for a period of two months before bottling.

Tasting notes : Pale yellow color, brilliant and clear. Nose marked by floral notes such as hawthorn blending with citrus fruit notes. Pretty biscuity nuances and mineral (flint) scents add to its bouquet.
