Vinification : Traditional vinification with cold pre-fermentation, 12-day vatting with punching down and pumping over. Aging 16 months in oak barrels.

Tasting notes : Brilliant and typical "Bourgogne" colour. Floral nose with notes of small black fruits. Mouth with a beautiful material characteristic of the Côte de Nuits, powerful and generous.
Serving temperature : Serve between 16° and 17°C
