Grape harvest : Manual and sorting by plot
Vinification : Destemmed harvest, fermentation in thermoregulated tapered vats. Maceration between 20 and 25 days. Aging 75% in barrels and 25% in stainless steel vats for 10 months. Organic conversion in progress.
Alcohol : 14.5 % Vol
Tasting notes : A wine with a rich nose with beautiful notes of black fruits mixed with notes of violet and spices. A fresh, creamy and balanced palate with marked red fruits. Supple and elegant tannins provide good length.
Serving temperature : Serve between 16° and 17°C
Conservation : from 5 to 20 years old
