Vinification : Traditional vinification. Alcoholic fermentation with pigeage (in order to have more tannins) and pumping over to make wines for laying down. Vatting for 15 days. Maturing 18 months in barrels (20% new barrels).

Tasting notes : The colour is ruby red with carmine glints. The nose reveals a complex aromatic bouquet of small red berries, notes of violet and rose, hints of spices, liquorice and undergrowth. On the palate, the wine is ample, full-bodied and structured with fine-grained and silky tannins.
