Vinification : Traditional vinification with temperature control. Vatting 25 to 30 days. Aging 15 months in barrels. A blend is made between new barrels (30%) and one-wine barrels (70%).

Tasting notes : Strong color wine. Nose with fruity and spicy notes. Soft and round tannins. Beautiful length, very delicious.

Serving temperature : Serve between 16° and 17°C
