Tasting notes : A semi-dry wine with a luminous and crystalline salmon colour, the Cabernet d'Anjou exhales a very lively nose of raspberry and redcurrant which is brought by young Cabernet Sauvignon. Fruity in the mouth, offering a bouquet of great finesse, it reveals its very balanced character. Fresh and refreshing, imbued with the elegance of these grape varieties, it is a wine of thirst and friendship par excellence.
