Vinification : This cuvée is aged in 400 liter oak barrels for 12 to 18 months.

Tasting notes : La cuvée en tire sa robe rubis, son nez encore discret, centré sur les fruits rouges confits avec une note boisée qui vient rappeler l'élevage en barrique (ancienne), sa bouche suave et souple, ourlée de tanins fondants ouvrant sur une finale joliment épicée. De l'harmonie et du potentiel en cave.
